"On April 22, I turned 205, and the nice folks in the alumni center decided to hold a virtual party. They encouraged alumni to wish me happy birthday, and hundreds of birthday wishes poured in on the UNH Alumni Facebook page. They wished me happy birthday in German and in binary code, and one alum even wrote me a poem. Another one wrote, 'I gave many a tour from your eponymous building as an undergrad!'
And I say that's exactly why I willed it all to UNH—so the sons and daughters of New Hampshire could learn some good vocab like 'eponymous' along with their agriculture and mechanic arts. The party's over till next year, but in the meantime, come on over and say hello: www.facebook.com/unhalumni/. See you there!"
